- ➤ Wenatchee School District is seeking community members for a design advisory committee to guide plans for its new high school that will be proposed to voters later this year. The Wenatchee World

- ➤ The FDA announced a recall for 60,000 lbs of frozen blueberries made by Willamette Valley Fruit Company that were shipped for commercial use in Washington and may have Listeria (which can cause severe illness). Businesses should check lot codes 2055, B22065, B12065, B33305, A13305, and B1. KPQ
- ➤ Wenatchee Valley Medical Group challenged a $60 million plan to open a second cancer clinic at the Mares Building on Chelan Avenue, saying the proposal duplicates services. Confluence Health defended its feasibility study and leadership (citing WVMG input) and remains open to dialogue. KPQ
