- ➤ Three local 5th graders (Queen Elena, Princess Aurora, and Princess Penny) were named the 2026 Junior Royalty for the Apple Blossom Festival after essays were submitted; they will attend formal portraits at Parson’s Photography and join upcoming parades including the Tekniplex Youth Parade on Saturday, April 25. - ➤ The Wenatchee Quinceañera Expo drew around 400 attendees and 60 local businesses in a one-stop event where families planned their celebrations and explored cultural traditions. Organizers say the expo strengthens community ties and honors local heritage. The Wenatchee World
