- ➤ Brian Fair of Pioneer Title Company is teaming with the Community Foundation to launch a fund that gives down payment grants to families buying homes priced from $400,000 to $600,000. The program pledges $50 per home sale and will match a $50 donation from others to build a fund for local housing groups. KPQ

3rd Annual Awesome Blossom Pickleball Tournament
April 11-13 — Wenatchee Racquet & Athletic Club — Early registration $50 — Compete in a thrilling round-robin pickleball tournament with medals for top players.
