- ➤ Longevity experts advise Wenatchee residents to switch to whole foods and protein sources at 40 — to support heart health and muscle strength; they recommend adding legumes, nuts, and seeds to daily meals, which can extend life by up to 10 years. KPQ

- ➤ Costco's food court has introduced a Strawberry Shortcake Sundae for $2.99 this summer, replacing its caramel churro sundae. The treat offers strawberry soft serve + strawberry topping + shortcake pieces and is available until summer ends. KPQ
