- ➤ A public memorial will be held for Paityn, Evelyn, and Olivia Decker at Rocky Reach Park off Highway 97A on June 20th at 7:00 p.m. People are asked to wear purple, pink and green — and bring a chair or blanket, water, and a candle or glow stick, with carpooling encouraged due to limited parking. - ➤ The tragic murder of three Wenatchee sisters led to an Endangered Missing Person Advisory on May 30 when police said they did not have enough evidence to trigger an Amber Alert—state officials will review the guidelines to prevent future miscalculations. KPQ

- ➤ The Bureau of Land Management restricted public activities on Eastern Washington lands effective June 13—smoking, motorized vehicles and campfires are allowed only in designated areas.
