  • On Friday evening, about 800 community members gathered at Rocky Reach Dam to remember the Decker sisters (Paityn, Evelyn, and Oliva) with a solemn musical performance by Pianist Melanie Nees and personal tributes from family and friends (the event featured symbolic lights and candle displays to honor their memory).  KPQ

  • Today, the Wenatchee Wild announced a slate of five pre-season games for the 2025-26 WHL season, beginning with a free game on August 31 at 2 p.m. at Town Toyota Center—featuring rookie players born between 2008 and 2010, a kids day on September 6, and a regular season opener on September 27 with season tickets available at the team office.  KPQ
