- ➤ The Department of Fish and Wildlife has opened Chinook salmon fishing on the Entiat River today to support conservation by removing extra summer fish that may impact endangered spring Chinook. Anglers must have a Washington fishing license — fish between the railroad bridge and the Mad River Road Bridge — and are limited to six Chinook per day with a minimum size of 12 inches. KPQ
