McNeil Canyon Road has reopened and all road closures and evacuations linked to the Chelan Hills Fire (a safety precaution) are now lifted as of today.

Chelan Douglas Regional Port Authority and the Malaga Water District begin a $50M project this month to expand Malaga's water system and serve Microsoft and district customers.
McNeil Canyon Road is open again after the Chelan Hills Fire and evacuation alerts have ended, but county officials warn residents to be careful as crews work to fix damaged infrastructure — hazards like falling trees and debris may still be present.
