- ➤ The Wenatchee School Board voted Tuesday to declare the former Valley Academy building at 1911 N. Wenatchee Avenue surplus after the school outgrew the site and moved to the Columbia campus. The district said the surplus status will let it lease or sell the building—currently used for temporary storage. KPQ
