Firefighting crews in Okanogan-Wenatchee have contained several wildfires such as the Dirty Face Fire and Allen Creek Fire and are watching a one-acre Tower Fire near Leavenworth and a small Box Ridge Fire near Cle Elum—both in steep terrain.
Officials stated that focus remains on managing the major Lower Sugarloaf and Labor Mountain fires and on preventing further human-caused incidents.
