- ➤ The Haunted Museum event at Wenatchee Valley Museum and Cultural Center opened October 23 with a new group escape room experience called The Protocol and will run until October 25 and again from October 28 to 30 from 6 to 9 p.m.—tickets cost $25 online or $30 at the door. - ➤ Chelan County now offers year-round hazardous waste disposal for small businesses and organizations that generate limited amounts of dangerous materials, requiring appointments at the Moderate Risk Waste Facility+ this service safely recycles items like used oil, gasoline, and batteries while providing pricing details by phone or email. HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Care-a-Van will return to Wenatchee on Tuesday, October 28th at Town Toyota Center—1300 Walla Walla Ave—to offer mobile health care to residents. Organized by Chelan Douglas Health District and the WA State Department of Health, the clinic will provide blood pressure checks, mental health support, and other essential services. KPQ
