- ➤ Our Valley Our Future and Thriving Together NCW are hosting a mental health symposium at WVC on Dec. 11 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.—the event will provide community members with expert insights and available mental health resources. The Wenatchee World

- ➤ The Wenatchee Run Club meets every Wednesday from 5 to 7 at The Taproom at Pybus, where runners can join a 5k group start at 5:30 or run at their own pace and receive a 10% discount afterward (joining is free) (a free running t-shirt is given with regular attendance). KPQ
