- ➤ Ingalls Creek Enrichment Center will host an open house on Sunday, Sept. 14 from 1-4 p.m. — the event will let local residents see its programs in person. The Wenatchee World
ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ Firefighters are battling the Labor Mountain Fire—spanning 1,984 acres in the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest north of Cle Elum—to protect homes and structures in the Teanaway area. Crews are building containment lines along the southern edge and additional personnel will join later today. KPQ
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort released its long-awaited expansion impact study and opened a public comment period on Monday after Chelan County issued its draft environmental impact statement on the project.
